Service Agreement

1. Service Description & Scope

YardFresh Pet Waste Removal(“YardFresh,” “we,” “us”) provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services in the Twin Cities south metro area. Services include scheduled yard cleanups, one-time deep cleans, and yard deodorizing treatments as described on our website and agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

2. Scheduling & Yard Access

Services are performed on a recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) or as a one-time visit, based on the plan you select. You do not need to be home during service. By enrolling, you authorize YardFresh technicians to access your yard on scheduled service days. Please provide any gate codes, access instructions, or special notes at the time of signup. It is your responsibility to ensure that our team can safely access the service area. If we are unable to access your yard on a scheduled visit, the visit will be marked as completed and no credit will be issued unless you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Recurring service plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed automatically via the payment method on file. One-time services are billed upon completion. All prices are listed on our pricing page and may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring service at any time. We ask for at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations can be submitted through our client portal, by email at customercare@yardfreshmn.com, or by calling (952) 473-0000. No long-term contracts are required. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided.

5. Weather Policy

YardFresh services rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions — including lightning, severe storms, or heavy snow — we may reschedule your visit for the next available day. If a visit cannot be rescheduled within the same billing period, a credit will be applied to your account. We will notify you by text or email if weather affects your scheduled service.

6. Pet Waste Disposal

All pet waste collected during service is double-bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin unless alternative arrangements have been made. We do not dispose of waste off-site unless you have opted into our waste hauling add-on for an additional fee. YardFresh is not responsible for trash collection schedules.

7. Liability Limitations

YardFresh takes reasonable care while on your property. However, we are not liable for damage to items left in the yard (toys, furniture, hoses, etc.), pre-existing lawn conditions, or interactions with pets during service. For the safest and most efficient service, we prefer that dogs remain indoors while we clean the yard. However, we are dog lovers and do not mind a little friendly “help” from non-aggressive dogs who enjoy being outside with us during service. YardFresh is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from pre-existing yard contamination. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent month of service.

8. Holiday Service Policy

To allow our team time to observe major holidays with their families, YardFresh is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

If your regular service day falls on one of these holidays, we will automatically reschedule your cleanup for the next business day after the holiday.

We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to keep your service on track with as little disruption as possible.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this service agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
