YardFresh (“YardFresh,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our website and services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you sign up for service, request a quote, or contact us:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number when you request a call or text
  • Home or service address
  • Services, property details, and number of pets relevant to a quote
  • Payment information when you later enroll through an approved payment provider
  • Website activity, IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited on marketing-enabled pages

Quote requests are sent to Jobber, the service software YardFresh uses to manage requests, customers, and scheduling. Do not enter payment card details, passwords, or medical information in the quote form. No payment is collected on the quote form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and schedule pet waste removal services
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Communicate with you about your service (confirmations, reminders, updates)
  • Respond to questions and support requests
  • Improve our services and website experience
  • Measure marketing performance and send relevant YardFresh direct mail

3. SMS Privacy

When you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from YardFresh, we may use your number to send service-related communications, including quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, schedule updates, account notifications, and customer support messages. If you separately consent to promotional messages, we may also send special offers, discounts, and service announcements.

SMS consent and mobile telephone information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver text messages, but only as necessary to provide those services.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating our business:

  • Payment processors to securely handle transactions
  • Scheduling and CRM software to manage your account and service visits
  • Analytics and marketing providers, including PostcardMania, to measure site activity and support direct-mail campaigns

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it for the services they provide to us.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored on our servers.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses optional cookies and similar tracking technologies from Google, Meta, and PostcardMania to understand how visitors use our site and to measure marketing performance. PostcardMania’s Website to Mailbox service may use an IP address, device and browser information, and website activity to attempt to match a visit with a postal address so YardFresh can send relevant direct mail. This data is not necessarily anonymous. These marketing technologies load by default when you visit the site. You can decline them, or change your saved choice at any time, by selecting “Privacy choices” in the site footer. If you decline, the page reloads so future marketing requests stop. You may also contact us to request that your information not be used for YardFresh direct-mail marketing.

The quote page does not load these optional marketing technologies or the promotional modal.

7. Quote Request Retention

Quote requests sent through our quote form are stored in Jobber, the service software YardFresh uses to manage requests, customers and scheduling. We keep them as long as needed to respond to your request or, if you become a customer, to provide service, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Your Rights

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. A verified deletion request is restricted from normal owner access immediately and scheduled for personal-data removal within 7 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
